Cancellation Policy
All sessions are priced in USD. All sessions are booked by request and must be approved before confirmation. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your booking, but your card will only be charged after the session is completed or in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment. Sessions must be requested at least 15 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice; requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, may be charged the full session fee. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, and late arrivals will not extend the session. Sessions may take place either online (Zoom) or in person in Texas, with details provided once your booking request is approved.
